Terms and conditions
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit serves as a commitment fee.
- The remaining 50% must be settled in full no later than one week prior to the shoot date. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of services.
- Cancellations made less than ONE week before the scheduled date will result in the full package price being due.
- Changes, such as date changes or alterations of services, must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties.
- Bester Photography reserves the right to use some photographs taken during the wedding for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.
- Any travel expenses incurred for the shoot outside of Cape Town will be discussed and agreed upon separately between the parties.
- For weddings, accommodation for the wedding photographers for the night of the wedding must be provided and included. Failure to provide suitable accommodation may result in additional charges or adjustments to the agreed upon package price.
- A meal for the photographers must be provided on the wedding day.
- It is the full responsibility of the client to download and securely back up all their photos within 1 months of receiving the final gallery.
- By booking Bester Photography as your photographer(s), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
